You may cancel your CloseCoat AI subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, please contact support for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

After the initial 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or for months unused with an open account.
